Q: What is your processing time?
A: Processing takes 24-48 hours during regular seasons. It can go up during holidays or peak shopping seasons.
Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We use Canada Post when shipping domestically (Canada). We use the third party carrier ChitChats when shipping to the USA & International, who partner with USPS & Asendia.
Q: Why hasn't my parcel started moving yet?
A: In order to offer reasonably priced tracked shipping, orders will be collected for a few days and sent in bulk to our discounted shipping carrier. Orders are sent out 1-2 times per week.
Q: Does shipping cost include duties?
A: We do not cover duties incurred for international destinations. Only shipments to Canada and USA are duty free as of now.
